Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy

A deep meditative or trance state with a higher level of focus and concentration allows information stored in the subconscious mind to become more accessible. Hypnosis is considered an altered state of consciousness that allows the rational mind to take a back seat and gives the client access to the subconscious.
